We can help you! 24/7 Attorney Writ Bonds. All Collin County Jails – DWI, Possession, DWLI (Invalid License), Theft, Assault, and more.
If you are reading this, then someone close to you has been arrested and is in jail for one of the charges above. Your friend or loved one is likely in Allen, Frisco, Plano, Richardson, or McKinney, and is waiting for you to figure out what to do. We know it’s scary. Let us help. We make it easy. Very easy.
WHAT DO I DO? WHERE DO I GO?
- Call us. THE LAW OFFICE OF JAMES L. ROGERS JR (972) 921-8972 (24 hour service)
Call and let us know what happened. We’ll let you know exactly what to do and what to expect. We will give you the exact cost, and you can pay with a credit card if you need to. The cost includes the bond amount, and any necessary legal fees, which are usually pretty minimal. (The bond is like a security deposit that the county holds to be sure the person shows up to court when he is supposed to. If he does, then the county will refund the cash bond amount at the end of the case.) - Meet us at the Jail (if you want).
Usually, we will meet you at either the city jail where the person is being held, or at the Collin County Detention Facility, next to the Sheriff’s Office, behind the Collin County Courthouse. Meeting us at the jail is really up to you. If you need to, you can simply pay with a credit card by phone and we will handle the rest. We will keep you informed via text every step of the way and will let you know approximately when the arrested person will be released and ready to be picked up.
We don’t waste time. It usually takes us 30 minutes to an hour to arrive at the jail and deliver the bond. - Done.
It really is that easy. If you have called and spoken with someone else before you got to this site, and you feel that the process seems complicated, then someone didn’t explain it very well.
Nobody wants to be in jail any longer than they have to be. Jail, by design, is usually pretty miserable. When selecting an Attorney to provide a Writ Bond and secure the release of your loved one, it makes sense to choose an Attorney who can get the job done quickly and effectively without stressing you out even more.
If you’d like us to help, we invite you to call us and get the answers to the questions that you have. You won’t feel lost, and you won’t be disappointed.
We make it fast, easy, and affordable. We can help you.

I am so impressed with James Rogers. My son called him to get me released from jail, and he took the time to immediately assist us. I was never arrested before so this was devastating to say the least. He arrived within an hour, and I was out within a few hours. I hired James to represent me on the case. We went to court this morning and he got everything greatly reduced to a point that really made me happy.
I would highly recommend James. He also is kind and understanding, and is always available to you by phone or text.

I just wanted to leave a review for James Rogers. My husband needed a writ bond in Collin County last year. I called a few attorneys and James was the most professional and informative, since this was something we had never dealt with before, it was a stressful and scary situation. James met me there and handled everything quickly. We used hiim and his firm as our attorney on our case. He did a remarkable job. We couldn’t have asked for better results. Highly recommended

I was pulled over october 2015 for suspicious driving in collin county. The officer who pulled me over said that i had a warrant for my arrest pertaining to a 2nd dwi. Eventually I would come to learn The warrant was issued by Dallas county and was from an accident that I was involved in from 2013! And Yes thats 2 years ago. Of course my gut just sank as the officer proceeded to reading me my rights and off we went to Jail. Now if you have ever been to Jail for anything. It’s simply a place you do not want to be. I had to call my mother and tell her what i was facing. Again, being in jail amd having to just go through the system really tears you down on the inside.
Given what i was facing and my mom who had to listen to her son thru collin county pay phone. The odds felt overwhelming with no end in sight. After an hour of phone calls She came across a phone number at around mid night. To my knowledge with alot of lawyers. There aren’t many of them that will answer at that time of night. The only lawyer that did answer was James L. Rogers. We all arranged to get me out of jail and by that following morning i was in his office explaning my case. He advised me in a proper form and fashion. No hassle, he was very compassionate, and just made me feel like a human being again. So i hired him and with 6 months of court date the DWI 2nd was downgraded to an “Obstruction of a Roadway”. So yes James helped me dodge a 2nd DWI.
If you any questions about what your going thru. James is your legal council who you want on your side.

This review was written by a client who understandably wishes to maintain his privacy, but who wanted others to know about his experience.
“From the very first step of bonding out of jail, the Law Office of James L. Rogers Jr was on point. As soon as Mr. Rogers was contacted in the middle of the night, the writ bond was delivered and I was released. He made himself available to me 24/7 for anything I might need or any questions I might have and his demeanor is nothing but professional. Mr. Rogers got me the deal I was looking for regarding my DWI defense and he even took care of expunging an old record from decades earlier. Mr. Rogers was a pleasure to work with and I assure you that you will not be disappointed in choosing his services for your next unfortunate event.”
